Loan Application Form

I hereby give my consent to and agree and authorize Flexible Financial Services Limited to fetch my personal details from the National Registration Bureau, any government agency, any utility provider and/or any duly registered Credit Reference Bureau for the purpose of my loan application.

I expressly consent to Flexible Financial Services Limited to share and disclose the information to service providers, consultants, credit information companies, information utilities, banks and other financial institutions, affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries, regulators, investigating agencies, judicial, quasi-judicial and statutory authorities, or to other persons/institutions/entities as may be necessary in connection with the contractual or legal requirements, or in the legitimate interest of Flexible Financial Services or as per the consent, undertake to process information including by way of storing, structuring, organizing, reproducing, copying, using, profiling, etc as may be deemed fit by Flexible Financial Services Limited and for the purpose of credit appraisal, fraud detection, anti-money laundering obligations, for entering into contract, for direct marketing, for cross selling, for developing credit scoring models and business strategies, for monitoring, for evaluating and improving the quality of services and products, or for any purposes as Flexible Financial Services may deem fit. I expressly agree to Flexible Financial Services Limited, its service providers, agents and/or its affiliates, for using the information and for marketing, promotion and cross-selling to me their various products and services of Flexible Financial Services Limited from time to time.

Early and partial loan repayment before the agreed loan repayment period is accepted but with the already amortised interest rate and charges of up to 12 months. In case of a request for an early full settlement letter, you must provide 30 days written notice indicating your intention to clear your loan and the charge for the letter is K30,000. Upon issuance of a settlement letter by Flexible, you will be given 5 days only to clear the loan, failure to clear the loan within the 5 days period will automatically render the settlement letter cancelled.

I declare that the details furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I/We undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for it.

I also confirm that I have been explained the following:

1. Flexible Financial Services Limited may at its sole discretion sanction or decline the application.
2. Flexible Financial Services Limited reserves the right to retain the photographs and documents submitted with this application and will not return the same to the applicant.
3. I understand that the loan amount/interest rate/fees and charges mentioned in the application are only indicative and the terms of the loan will be guided by the terms of the loan agreement/sanction letter as accepted by me prior to disbursement.
4. If the above declaration is found to be false, then Flexible Financial Services Limited will be entitled to revoke and/or recall the credit facility.
